Examples of NF-.kappa.B inhibitors include I.kappa.B.alpha., PSI, a nucleotide sequence encoding I.kappa.B.alpha. anti- sense nucleic acid encoding an NF-.kappa.B sequence, such as Rel B, and anti- NF-.kappa.B antibodies. Examples of NF-.kappa.B inducers include NIK, MEKK, IKK2, TFRRF2 and Rel B. Also disclosed are vectors encoding inducers and inhibitors of NF-.kappa.B, for example adenoviral vectors.
