The invention relates to an activation unit (1) for explosive masses or explosive bodies (3), characterized by an ejector tube (2) and high-performance heating elements (4) mounted around the ejector tube (2), each made of at least one heating wire (6) supplied with electrical power by a control unit. Each heating wire (6) is enclosed in a jacket (7) and at least embedded in a material minimizing heat loss. When the explosive body (3) is passed through the activation unit (1), the jacket surface of the explosive body (3) contacts the individual elements (4) of the activation unit (1) in a direct or non-contact manner. The thermal energy is transferred to the explosive body (3) by means of the heating wires (6), and said body ignites at the contact points. A further activation unit (1', 1") comprises heating elements (10, 10') in the ejector tube (2', 2") at least partially fed longitudinally through the ejector tube (2', 2") made of heating wire (14) clad with CrNi steel (11) and contact tabs (13) soldered thereto.

L'invention concerne une unité d'activation (1) pour masses actives ou corps actifs (3), caractérisée par un tuyau d'éjection (2), ainsi que par des éléments chauffants à hautes performances (4) fixés autour du tuyau d'éjection (2), constitués au moins respectivement d'un filament chauffant (6) alimenté de son côté en courant électrique par une unité de régulation. Chaque filament chauffant (6) est entouré d'une enveloppe (7) et enrobé d'au moins un matériau réduisant à un minimum la perte de chaleur. Lors du passage dans l'unité d'activation (1), le corps actif (3) établit par l'intermédiaire de sa surface d'enveloppe un contact direct ou sans affleurement avec les éléments individuels (4) de l'unité d'activation (1). Grâce aux filaments chauffants (6), l'énergie thermique est transférée sur le corps actif (3), dont les points d'affleurement ou de contact s'enflamment. Une autre unité d'activation (1 ', 1 ") comprend des éléments chauffants (10, 10') guidés longitudinalement au moins partiellement dans le tuyau d'éjection (2', 2"), qui sont constitués d'un filament chauffant (14) revêtu d'acier CrNi (11) et présentent des plaques de contact (13) brasées dessus.
