The invented active pivot visor with a polarized material is designed for use during a day where light conditions on the roads make it difficult to see the way ahead clearly, making driving unsafe. The active pivot makes driving also more safe since it permits the driver to keep its hands on the driving wheel while driving, since the button that is used to electrically displace the visor via a DC-motor upwards and downwards can be installed directly on the driver's wheel, this is to the owner's own positional preference. The driver, by not having to necessarily displace its hands from the driving wheel keeps more of its attention on the road ahead and hence is safer.
