Disclosed is an active energy ray-curable ink-jet ink comprising a polymerizable monomer, which is characterized in that a cured film produced by curing the ink shows a loss tangent (tan .delta.) of 2 or higher at a glass transition temperature as measured under a vibration frequency of 1 Hz or lower.
