Disclosed is an active energy ray-curable ink-jet ink comprising a polymerizable monomer and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the polymerizable monomer contains a monofunctional monomer in an amount of 50% by weight or more based on the total amount of the polymerizable monomer and the photopolymerization initiator is represented by the following formula (1) or (2): (1) wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or a phenyl group; and n represents an integer of 2 to 10; and (2) wherein R1, R2 and R3 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or a phenyl group.
