To enable use of an intelligent mobile communication unit (1) in areas where there are restrictions on the emission of radio frequency, the unit comprises a removable antenna (2), and a switch which is adapted to switch off the power to at least the radio frequency emitting part of the unit upon removal of the antenna, thereby actively preventing radio frequency radiation from the unit even if non-radio frequency energy emitting parts of the unit (1) are operable.
L'invention concerne une unité de communication mobile (1) intelligente. Pour pouvoir être utilisée dans des zones frappées de restrictions en termes d'émission de radiofréquence, cette unité est dotée d'une antenne amovible (2) et d'un interrupteur qui permet de couper l'alimentation au moins de la partie de l'unité émettant la radiofréquence lorsque l'on enlève l'antenne. On empêche ainsi activement l'unité d'émettre une radiofréquence même si les parties (1) qui émettent une fréquence non radioélectrique sont en service.
