The invention relates to a substance inhibiting tumorous proliferation in ectoderm derived tissues and to a composition containing such substance. The active substance and composition according to the invention are characterized in that human or animal derived fertilized ovum, preferably derived from sea water fish or fresh water fish or amphibian is subjected to cell wall destruction after 24 hours at most, preferably after 14-16 hours after fertilization, then the material is ultracentrifuged, the supernatant is separated, the sediment is homogenized, then ultracentrifuged several times, and each time the supernatant and the sediment are separated, thereafter all supernatant fractions are combined and centrifuged preferably at 8,000-15,000 rpm, the supernatant obtained is separated and diluted with physiological solution, preferable in 1:2 ratio by weight, the material is subjected to a series of gel filtration at least twice, then the filtered substance is lyophilized or optionally diluted with a diluent, preferably with physiological saline solution or dextrose solution or sterile distilled water, preferably in 1:2 ratio by weight.

L'invention concerne une substance inhibant la prolifération tumorale dans les tissus dérivés de l'ectoderme et une composition contenant une telle substance. Selon l'invention, la substance active et la composition sont caractérisées en ce que l'ovule fertilisé dérivé de l'être humain ou de l'animal, de préférence d'un poisson d'eau salée ou d'eau douce ou d'un amphibien, subit une destruction au niveau de ses parois cellulaires après 24 heures au plus, normalement 14-16 heures après la fécondation. Ensuite la matière est ultracentrifugée, le surnageant est séparé, le sédiment est homogénéisé, puis ultracentrifugé de préférence à 8.000-15.000 rpm. Le surnageant obtenu est séparé et dilué avec une solution physiologique, de préférence dans un rapport en poids de 1:2, la matière est soumise à une série de filtrations sur gel au moins deux fois, puis la substance filtrée est lyophilisée ou éventuellement diluée avec un diluant, de préférence avec une solution saline physiologique ou une solution de dextrose ou d'eau distillée stérilisée, de préférence dans un rapport en poids de 1:2.
