The actuated leg prosthesis (10) comprises a knee member (12), a socket connector (22) provided over the knee member (12), an elongated trans-tibial member (14) having a bottom end (14C) under which is connected an artificial foot (20), and a linear actuator (16). A first pivot assembly (30) allows to operatively connect the trans-tibial member (14) to the knee member (12). A second pivot assembly (80) allows to operatively connect an upper end (16A) of the actuator (16) to the knee member (12). A third pivot assembly (100) allows to operatively connect a bottom end (16B) of the actuator (16) to the bottom end (14C) of the trans-tibial member (14). The prosthesis (10) can be provided as either a front actuator configuration or a rear actuator configuration.
L'invention concerne une prothèse de jambe à vérin (10) comprenant un élément de genou (12), un joint à rotule (22) situé sur l'élément de genou (12), un élément trans-tibial allongé (14) comportant une extrémité inférieure (14C) sous laquelle est connecté un pied artificiel (20), ainsi qu'un vérin linéaire (16). Un premier bloc-pivot (30) permet de relier fonctionnellement l'élément trans-tibial allongé (14) à l'élément de genou (12). Un deuxième bloc-pivot (80) permet de relier fonctionnellement une extrémité supérieure (16A) du vérin linéaire (16) à l'élément de genou (12). Un troisième bloc-pivot (100) permet de relier fonctionnellement une extrémité inférieure (16B) du vérin linéaire (16) à l'extrémité inférieure (14C) de l'élément trans-tibial (14). La prothèse (10) possède deux configurations : une configuration dans laquelle le vérin linéaire est placé devant l'élément trans-tibial et une configuration dans laquelle le vérin linéaire est placé derrière l'élément trans-tibial.
