SUMMARY Abstract The invention concerns an adjustable drive, specifically for a printingpress, with an electric driving motor, linked via a reduction gear to an adjusting shaft and via a drive unit to a position indicator. This invention is intended to produce an adjusting drive which in terms of different setting requirements offers a variable, simple solution based on compact design that will match the adjusting drive requirements in each case. To this end, the reduction gear (4) and/or the drive unit (5) are equipped with two parallel bearing shafts (53, ... 58, ...). On each of these, reduction gears (65, 70) of a given number and/or diameter, consisting of a pinion (67, 71) non-rotatably connected to a spur gear (66, 69), are mounted interchangeably in such a way that the pinion (67, 71) and spur gear (66, 69) can mesh with reduction gears (65, 70) mounted on different bearing shafts (53, ... 58 ...).
