An actuator includes a blade spring of which one end is fixed to a fixed member and the other end is fixed to a movable member. A driving unit moves the movable member. A position detector detects a distance to a flat portion of the blade spring, and a calculating unit calculates an amount of displacement of the movable member based on the distance detected by the position detector.
