An actuator comprises first and second driving coils. A capacitor is electrically connected to the first and second coils through a discharge switch capable of selectively supplying power stored in the capacitor. An operating section for operating the discharge switch is electrically connected to the discharge switch. When, for example, power supply to the operating section is interrupted due to service interruption, the discharge switch electrically connects the second coil and the capacitor.

Un condensateur est relié électriquement à la première et seconde bobines par un interrupteur de décharge capable de fournir de manière sélective l~énergie stockée dans le condensateur. Une section de fonctionnement servant à faire fonctionner l~interrupteur de décharge est reliée électriquement à l~interrupteur de décharge. Quand, par exemple, l~alimentation électrique à la section de fonctionnement est interrompue en raison d~une coupure de service, l~interrupteur de décharge relie électriquement la seconde bobine et le condensateur.
