An actuator for producing a rotational actuation with a small rotational angle, which comprises a linearly acting drive means and a rotationally acting driven element (12), wherein the driven element (12) by way of at least one ball guide (14) which runs inclined to the acting direction of the drive means (2) in the rotational direction of the driven element, is guided in a manner such that the linear movement of the drive means (2) is converted into a rotational movement of the driven element (12).
