The invention relates to an acupuncture needle comprising a holding end and a piercing end. Said needle consists of a hollow needle body (2) provided with a light guide (3) coaxially placed therein, of an absorption surface or discharge surface for biophoton radiation situated on the distal piercing end of the needle (1), and of a prism (4), which is located on the proximal holding end of the needle (1), has a 180~ deflection and is connected to the light guide (3) in a light-conductive manner.

L'invention concerne une aiguille d'acuponcture comportant une extrémité de manipulation et une extrémité de piquage. Ladite aiguille est composée d'un corps d'aiguille creuse (2), un guide optique (3) étant logé coaxialement dans ledit corps d'aiguille, d'une surface de réception ou d'émission de rayonnement biophotonique située sur l'extrémité distale de piquage de l'aiguille (1), ainsi que d'un prisme (4) situé sur l'extrémité proximale de manipulation de l'aiguille (1), ledit prisme ayant une déviation de 180· et étant relié de manière photoconductrice au guide optique (3).
