The invention relates to the use of acylated 4-amidino- or 4- guanidinobenzylamines of general formula (I): P4-P3-P2-P1, where P4 is a mono- or poly-substituted or unsubstituted benzylsulphonyl group, P3 is a mono- or poly-substituted or unsubstituted, natural or unnatural .alpha.-amino or .alpha.-imino acid with the D-configuration, P2 is a mono-or poly-substituted or unsubstituted natural or unnatural .alpha.-amino or .alpha.-imino acid with the L-configuration and P1 is a mono- or poly-substituted or unsubstituted 4- amidino- or 4-guanidinobenzylamine group, for the inhibition of plasma kallikrein (PK), factor XIa and factor XIIa, in particular for the prevention of coagulation activation on synthetic surfaces and for systemic dosage as anticoagulants/antithrombotics, above all for prevention of coagulation activation on synthetic surfaces to prevent thromboembolic events.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation de 4-amidino- ou 4-guanidinobenzylamine acylée de formule générale (I) P4-P3-P2-P1, dans laquelle P4 est un groupe benzylsulfonyle mono- ou polysubstitué ou non substitué ; P3 est un acide .alpha.-amino ou .alpha.-imino mono- ou polysubstitué ou non substitué, naturel ou non naturel à configuration D ; P2 est un acide .alpha.-amino ou .alpha.-imino mono- ou polysubstitué ou non substitué, naturel ou non naturel à configuration L et P1 est un groupe 4-amidino ou 4-guanidinobenzylamine mono- ou polysubstitué ou non substitué, pour inhiber la kallikréine plasmatique (PK), le facteur XIa et le facteur XIIa, en particulier pour empêcher l'activation de la coagulation sur des surfaces artificielles et pour le dosage systémique en tant qu'anticoagulants/antithrombotiques, mais avant tout pour empêcher l'activation de la coagulation sur des surfaces artificielles afin de prévenir des événements thromboemboliques.
