The invention provides adamantane derivatives represented by formula (I), a process for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, a process for preparing the pharmaceutical compositions, and their use in therapy. In said formula (I), A represents a group CH2 or an oxygen atom; B represents a hydrogen or halogen atom; D represents a group CH2, OCH2, NHCH2 or CH2CH2; R represents a phenyl, benzothiazolyl, indolyl, indazolyl, purinyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl or thiophenyl group, each of which may be optionally substituted by one or more substituents.

L'invention concerne des dérivés d'adamantane représentés par la formule (I), leur procédé de préparation, des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant, le procédé de préparation de ces compositions et leur utilisation en thérapie. Dans ladite formule (I), A représente un groupe CH¿2? ou un atome d'oxygène; B représente un atome d'hydrogène ou d'halogène; D représente un groupe CH¿2?, OCH¿2?, NHCH¿2? ou CH¿2?CH¿2?; R représente un groupe phényle, benzothiazolyle, indolyle, indazolyle, purinyle, pyridyle, pyrimidinyle ou thiophényle, chacun d'eux pouvant être optionnellement substitué par au moins un substituant.
