CA 2256099

An improved adapter for connecting multipole signal lines is disclosed, having a screened housing containing a planar filter with condensers corresponding to the signal lines, with separate signal electrodes each having a contact surface for connecting to the allocated signal lines, and a common ground electrode which is led out laterally on the planar filter, such that the adapter is simplified, requires less grounding, economically manufactured and securely operated. The improved adaptor includes two identical tubular intermediate parts with collars which provide a housing, the ends of said intermediate parts facing away from one another, each having an outwardly bent rim and the ends thereof facing one another, each having an inwardly bent edge, whereby the outwardly bent rim is soldered together with the outwardly bent edges of the collars and the inwardly bent edges, and whereby the inwardly bent edges form the contact surface for the planar filter.
