ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An adapter for releasably transforming a conventional grass trimming device into a lawnmower. The adapter has a frame mounted on a set of wheels, a cutting blade rotatably mounted to the frame, a coupling adapted to transfer the rotational torque generated by the conventional trimming device to the blade and a means for fixing the conventional trimming device to the frame.
