The present invention is adaptive to many environments and will optimize throughput for systems that need to transfer information. This system and method can handle mismatched flow problems from diverse environments and provides optimal flow for solutions that require guaranteed transfers. This algorithm can change and adapt to varying circumstances. It can be altered in real-time for communication systems. If the block size changes the modification does not alter the smooth flow of the algorithm.
