This device comprises of a tubular tap of a suitable plastic material with a sharp point ending for the purpose of puncturing milk, and juice bags, and the likes, for dispensing their content. The tubular tap is engaged to a base plate, which is attached to the rim of existing milk, or juice bag pitcher. The base plate has 2 sliding rails, which enclose, and direct the tap holder guide to the required height to accomodate the different sizes of bags. By turning the tubular tap body clockwise by hand, thus engaging its longitudinal worm thread, pulling the corner of the bag to the end of the threading, therefore it punctures the bag, makes a tight seal, and the liquid is being dispensed at the front end in a regulated flow.
