ABSTRACT An adaptor for use in installation of a wafer style valve between opposed pipe flanges, said adaptor comprising a body having a recessed surface surrounded by a substantially vertical side wall, said recessed surface having an aperture therein and said side wall having at least one aperture therein adapted to receive joining means for joining said opposed pipe flanges with said valve therebetween.
