The present invention is directed to novel water-soluble pharmaceutically acceptable, crystalline addition salts of (i) an amine containing one or more hydroxyl and/or carboxylic groups with (ii) amino nicotinic acid derivatives of formula (I) wherein R a, R b, R c and R d independently represent groups selected from hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, C1-4 alkyl groups which may be optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 substituents selected from halogen atoms and hydroxy groups, and C1-4 alkoxy groups which may be optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 substituents selected from halogen atoms and hydroxy groups, and pharmaceutically acceptable solvates thereof.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux sels d'addition cristallins hydrosolubles pharmaceutiquement acceptables de (i) une amine contenant un ou plusieurs groupe(s) hydroxyle et/ou carboxyle avec (ii) des dérivés d'acide amino-nicotinique de formule (I), dans laquelle Ra, Rb, Rc et Rd représentent indépendamment des groupes choisis parmi des atomes d'hydrogène, des atomes d'halogène, des groupes alkyles en C1 à C4 qui peuvent être éventuellement substitués par 1, 2 ou 3 substituants choisis parmi des atomes d'halogène et des groupes hydroxy, et des groupes alcoxy en C1 à C4 qui peuvent être éventuellement substitués par 1, 2 ou 3 substituants choisis parmi des atomes d'halogène et des groupes hydroxy, et des solvates pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci.
