The present invention relates to a formulation allowing the preservation of viral particles and viral vectors, which is directly injectable into an organism. It relates more particularly to a formulation for the preservation of a recombinant adenovirus vector that optimally enhances the vector titer, or stabilizes the vector at refrigerator or room temperature, or both. The invention relates to compositions comprising a recombinant adenovirus vector and a concentration of human serum albumin (HSA) effective to stabilize the adenovirus vector at a temperature above the freezing point of water or to enhance a titer of the adenovirus vector compared to a titer in the absence of HSA, or both, in an aqueous buffer.
L'invention a trait à une formulation permettant de conserver des particules virales et des vecteurs viraux, qui peut être injectée directement dans un organisme. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une formulation utile pour conserver un vecteur d'adénovirus recombiné qui améliore de façon optimale le titre du vecteur, ou permet de stabiliser le vecteur à des températures de réfrigérateur et/ou à température ambiante. L'invention a trait à des compositions renfermant un vecteur d'adénovirus recombiné et une concentration d'albumine de sérum humain (HSA) efficace en vue de stabiliser le vecteur d'adénovirus à une température supérieure au point de congélation de l'eau et/ou pour améliorer un titre du vecteur d'adénovirus par rapport à un titre exempt de HSA dans une solution tampon aqueuse.
