A device is provided for winding paper in which the paper web running is supported by a reel drum and wound onto exchangeable reel shafts in contact with the reel drum in order to form rolls of paper. The device applies a heated adhesive agent on the web and/or on the reel shaft onto which the web is to be wound. A spray rack is mounted on the stand of the reel-up, upstream of the reel drum and extending transversely to the machine direction, or alternatively, is mounted in various other locations of the reel-up. A hopper with a heater heats the heated adhesive agent to temporarily lower its viscosity and stickness for smooth and even spraying. The series of nozzles are mounted on the rack spaced across the width of the web to spread spray jets of liquid containing said heated adhesive onto the web and/or the reel shaft. The adhesive area thus is disposed between the web and the empty reel shaft so as to facilitate initiating the winding process.
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'enrouler du papier. La bande de papier défilante est supportée par un tambour d'enroulement et est enroulée sur des arbres de bobine remplaçables en contact avec le tambour d'enroulement pour former des rouleaux de papier. Le dispositif applique un agent adhésif chauffé sur la bande et/ou sur l'arbre de bobine sur lequel la bande est enroulée. Un rail de pulvérisation est monté sur le montant de l'enrouleuse en amont du tambour d'enroulement et perpendiculairement à la direction de la machine, ou en variante, il est monté à différents endroits de l'enrouleuse. Un dispositif d'alimentation doté d'un chauffage chauffe l'agent adhésif chauffé pour temporairement réduire sa viscosité et son adhésivité pour une pulvérisation régulière et uniforme. Plusieurs buses sont montées sur le rail et espacées sur la largeur de la bande pour répartir les jets de liquide contenant cette colle chauffée sur la bande et/ou l'arbre de bobine. La zone de colle est ainsi placée entre la bande et l'arbre de bobine vide de manière à faciliter l'initiation d'un processus d'enroulement.
