An ejecting mechanism (111) includes a pump (131), a pump controller unit (132), a distribution pipe (133), a restricting unit (134), and adhesive nozzles (135a to 135c). The pump controller unit (132) is con-figured to control to increase or decrease the amount of adhesive to be taken in by the pump (131). The distribution unit is configured to send a predetermined amount of adhesive to the adhesive nozzles (135a to 135c) out of the adhesive supplied by the pump (131), and to return the rest of adhesive to a discharge pipe (114b) out of the supplied adhesive, except for the predetermined amount of adhesive. The re-stricting unit (134) is configured to disposed between the distribution unit (133) and the dis-charge pipe (114b) and configured to restrict an amount of adhesive to be returned to a pipe (113).
