The invention is a composition comprising applying to a substrate a stream of an adhesive comprising: one or more epoxy resins; one or more rubber modified epoxy resins; one or more toughening compositions comprising the reaction product of one or more isocyanate terminated prepolymers and one or more capping compounds having one or more phenolic, benzyl alcohol, aminophenyl, or, benzylamino groups wherein the reaction product is terminated with the capping compounds; one or more curing agents for epoxy resins and one or more catalysts which initiate cure at a temperature of 100~C or greater; and optionally; fillers adhesion promoters, wetting agents or rheological additives useful in epoxy adhesive compositions; wherein the adhesive composition has a viscosity at 45~C of 20 Pa.s to 400 Pa.s. The composition can be used as ail adhesive and applied as a stream using a high speed streaming process.
L'invention concerne une composition conçue pour appliquer sur un substrat un adhésif comprenant : une ou plusieurs résines époxydes ; une ou plusieurs résine époxydes à caoutchouc modifié ; une ou plusieurs compositions de trempe comprenant le produit réactionnel d'un ou plusieurs prépolymères à terminaison d'isocyanate et un ou plusieurs composés de capsulage ayant un ou plusieurs groupes phénoliques d'alcool de benzyle, d'aminophényle ou de benzylamino, le produit réactionnel étant terminé par les composés de capsulage ; un ou plusieurs agents durcissant pour les résines époxydes et un ou plusieurs catalyseurs entamant le durcissement à une température de 100 ·C au moins ; et éventuellement des promoteurs d'adhésion de matières de charge, des agents humidifiants ou des additifs rhéologiques que l'on utilise dans des compositions de colle époxyde. La composition adhésive présente une viscosité allant de 45 ·C de 20 Pa.s à 400 Pa.s. la composition peut être utilisée comme adhésif et être appliquée comme jet au moyen d'un procédé de jet haute vitesse.
