An adhesive ostomy coupling comprises first and second coupling parts each having a respective orifice. The first coupling part includes an upstand-ing wall for entering the orifice of the second coupling part. The second coupling part includes an adhesive faceplate for adhering to the first coupling part outside the upstanding wall. The upstanding wall and the faceplate form an interference fit at a position corresponding to the inner periphery of the adhesive, to protect the ad-hesive from effluent attack. The upstanding wall has an undercut for interlocking with the adhesive faceplate of the second coupling part. The upstanding wall also acts as a guide to prevent mispositioning of the pouch when mounting the adhesive faceplate on the complementary flange.
L'invention porte sur un raccord stomique adhésif qui comprend des première et seconde parties de raccord comportant chacune un orifice respectif. La première partie de raccord comprend une paroi rectiligne destinée à entrer dans l'orifice de la seconde partie de raccord. La seconde partie de raccord comprend une plaque adhésive destinée à adhérer à la première partie de raccord à l'extérieur de la paroi rectiligne. La paroi rectiligne et la plaque constituent une interférence ajustée en une position correspondant à la périphérie intérieure de l'adhésif, afin de protéger l'adhésif contre une attaque d'effluent. La paroi rectiligne comporte une encoche destinée à un verrouillage avec la plaque adhésive de la seconde partie de raccord. La paroi rectiligne sert également de guide pour empêcher un mauvais positionnement de la poche lors du montage de la plaque adhésive sur le rebord complémentaire.
