The invention concerns a fluid adhesive protein foam, which is biocompatible, biologically absorbable and non-toxic, for surgical and/or therapeutic use, in particular for protecting/healing tissue wounds and for binding together biological tissues or to an implanted biological material. It comprises a fluid adhesive protein matrix, which is biocompatible, biologically absorbable and non-toxic, containing a gas or a mixture of biocompatible and non-toxic gases. The invention also concerns a method and a kit for preparing such a foam.
La présente invention concerne une mousse protéique adhésive fluide biocompatible, biorésorbable et non toxique, à usage chirurgical et/ou thérapeutique, notamment pour la protection/cicatrisation de plaies tissulaires et pour la liaison de tissus biologiques entre eux ou à un biomatériau implanté. Elle comprend une matrice protéique adhésive fluide biocompatible, biorésorbable et non toxique renfermant un gaz ou un mélange de gaz biocompatibles et non toxiques. L'invention fournit également un procédé et un kit pour la préparation d'une telle mousse.
