The adhesive resin composition of this invention comprises (A) 30 to 70 parts by weight of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, (B) 0 to 50 parts by weight of an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer having an ethylene content of 30 to 95 mole% and a degree of crystallinity by X-ray of not higher than 40%, (C) 0 to 50 parts by weight of a modified ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer having an ethylene content of 30 to 95 mole% and a degree of crystallinity by X-ray of not higher than 40%, (D) 0 to 30 parts by weight of modified polyethylene, (E) 1 to 20 parts by weight of a tackifier and (F) 1 to 20 parts by weight of a styrene polymer, characterized in that (B) + (C) = 15 to 60 parts by weight, (C) + (D) ~ 2 parts by weight, and (A)/[(B) + (C)] = 0.5 to 3. This composition has excellent adhesion to the styrene resin or a saponified product of the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, and a laminated body of these resins using this composition as an adhesive layer has excellent post-processability.
La composition de résine adhésive de l'invention comprend : A) 30 à 70 parties en poids d'un copolymère d'éthylène/acétate de vinyle; B) 0 à 50 parties en poids d'un copolymère d'éthylène/alpha-oléfine, avec une teneur de 30 à 95 % en moles d'éthylène et un degré de cristallinité aux rayons X ne dépassant pas 40 %; C) 0 à 50 parties en poids d'un copolymère modifié d'éthylène/alpha-oléfine, avec une teneur de 30 à 95 % en moles d'éthylène et un degré de cristallinité aux rayons X ne dépassant pas 40 %; D) 0 à 30 parties en poids d'un polyéthylène modifié; E) 1 à 20 parties en poids d'un agent collant; F) 1 à 20 parties en poids d'un polymère de styrène. Les conditions suivantes s'appliquent : (B) + (C) = 15 à 60 parties en poids; (C) + (D) ~ 2 parties en poids, (A)/¢(B) + (C)! = 0,5 à 3. Cette composition possède une excellente capacité d'adhérence à la résine de styrène ou à un produit de saponification du copolymère d'éthylène/acétate de vinyle; enfin, un corps laminé à base de ces résines, utilisant cette composition comme couche adhérente offre d'excellentes possibilités de post-traitement.
