ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention concerns tire adhesives for repair of motor vehicle tires, the adhesives consisting of a reinforcement body embedded in vulcanized or non-vulcanized rubber. This body is constructed of superimposed cord strips positioned above each other at an angle in such a manner that on a base of at least two strips of greatest length and width, there is at least one additional component of strips of the same number as in the base though of lesser width and length. The strips constituting the components above the base consist wholly or partially of two strip portions each which overlap in the core area of the adhesive.
