CA 2181510

An apparatus and process for the adiabatic saturation of an air stream supplied to an operation area. An air stream to be conditioned entering an adiabatic chamber is intimately mixed with a fluid stream entering the chamber at a constant temperature, saturating the air stream and changing the temperature of the air stream to equal the fluid stream temperature. The saturated air stream is then reheated to obtain the desired psychrometric levels for the conditioned air stream.
