The invention relates to the field of machines for directing and aligning plastic containers and particularly relates to an universal device for automatically adjusting vertically directing and aligning means in dependence on said containers size. The orienting means are formed by a plurality of cradles (5) and the aligning means are formed by a corresponding plurality of discharge channels (6), both means are provided with movable parts (10) and (35) respectively adjustable in dependence on plastic containers size. The device provides at least one control member (7) located on the machine outer stationary cylindrical wall (3) and adapted to engage movable parts (10) and (35) of cradles and discharge channels respectively while the inner hopper holding bulk plastic containers rotates.
L'invention se rapporte au domaine des machines qui servent à diriger et à aligner des contenants en plastique et, en particulier, à un dispositif universel dont les moyens permettent d'aligner automatiquement les contenants en direction verticale en fonction de la taille de ces contenants. Les moyens d'orientation sont constitués de plusieurs supports arqués (5) et les moyens d'alignement de plusieurs canaux de renvoi correspondants (6), ces deux moyens étant équipés de parties mobiles (10) et (35), respectivement réglables en fonction de la taille des contenants en plastique. Le dispositif comprend au moins un élément de commande (7) disposé sur la paroi cylindrique fixe extérieure (3) de la machine, conçu afin d'engager respectivement les parties mobiles (10) et (35) des supports arqués et des canaux de renvoi alors que la trémie interne, renfermant en vrac les contenants en plastique, est en rotation.
