ASBTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention comprises a folding arm assembly suitable for mounting lamps or other objects wherein there is provided first interconnection means between the folding arms and a second interconnection means between one end of one of the arms and a clamping or like device. The interconnection means utilize similarly shaped members having internal spring means to maintain the lamp or other object in the desired spatial orientation.
