ADJUSTABLE BATTERY RESTRAINT Abstract An adjustable apparatus for rigidly restrain- ing different sized objects such as batteries which are resting on a frame, such as that of a lift truck vehicle. The apparatus has opposed first and second support members upwardly rising from the frame. A rigid first strap structure is pivotally attached to the first support member, while a rigid second strap structure is releasably attached to the second support member. The strap structures are telescopable one within the other to selectively adjust the length defined by the straps.
