The present invention provides an adjustable cab isolator bracket for adjusting the height of an isolated cab of a locomotive. Alternatively, the present invention adjustable bracket may adjust spring loading of an isolated locomotive cab. The adjustable cab isolator bracket generally comprises a spring retainer adapted to engage a spring and mountable to the underframe, and a bracket body for receiving and engaging the spring retainer and mountable to the cab. The adjustable bracket may further be fixed to the isolated locomotive cab. In this arrangement, the bracket body is adapted to receive and engage at least a portion of the spring retainer. The engagement between the spring retainer and the bracket body is adaptable to selectively adjust a portion of the spring retainer to be received by the bracket body in relation to a spring, thereby adjusting cab height or spring loading in relation to the underframe.
La présente invention a trait à un support isolant de cabine réglable permettant de régler la hauteur dune cabine isolée dune locomotive. En variante, le support réglable selon la présente invention peut permettre de régler la pression par ressorts dune cabine isolée dune locomotive. Le support isolant de cabine réglable comprend en général une attache de ressort adaptée pour mettre en prise un ressort et pouvant être montée sur le châssis, et un corps de support permettant de recevoir et de mettre en prise lattache de ressort et pouvant être monté sur la cabine. Le support réglable peut en outre être fixé à la cabine isolée dune locomotive. Dans cet agencement, le corps de support est adapté pour recevoir et mettre en prise au moins une partie de lattache de ressort. La mise en prise entre lattache de ressort et le corps de support peut être adaptée de manière à régler de façon sélective une partie de lattache de ressort devant être reçue par le corps de support par rapport à un ressort, ce qui permet de régler la hauteur de la cabine ou la pression par ressorts par rapport au châssis.
