ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An adjustable pillow is comprised of a pad with a bolster portion formed along one edge thereof. A bladder is disposed in the bolster portion so that the bolster portion is adjustable in the degree of support by inflation or deflation thereof. In one embodiment the pillow is provided with two or more bolster portions. In another embodiment the bolster portion is provided with two bladders.
