An adjustable connector device for releasably retaining the position of a first member relative to a second member. A movable body has a surface and an arm extending therefrom for connection with the first member. An upper socket receives a portion of the body surface and defines an opening for extension of the arm therethrough. A lower socket connects with the second member and also receives a portion of the body surface. A retainer, operatively engaging the arm, releasably retains the position of the body within the sockets. Upon actuation of the retainer, the position of the body within the sockets is retained. Upon release of the retainer, the position of the body may be adjusted by movement of the arm within the opening. Preferably, the first member is comprised of a handle, while the second member is comprised of a broom head for use in the sport of curling.
