L'invention a pour objet un circuit à retard intégré (10) comprenant deux amplificateurs (11a, 11b) fournissant des retards différents et ayant une entréecommune, et des moyens de commande (12) connectés à deux bornes respectives des deux amplificateurs pour faire varier le déphasage entre les deux amplificateurs. Ce circuit s'applique notamment à l'intégration dans un semi-conducteur III-V tel que l'arséniure de gallium.
