The present invention relates to a drawer slide assembly with an adjustable detent mechanism (16) to provide adjustable hold in force and inhibit inadvertent opening of the drawer. The drawer slide assembly comprises an outer (14), an intermediate (12) and an inner (10) slide member. Each of the members are slidably engaged with the adjacent slide member. An adjustable detent mechanism (16) is mounted on the inner slide member (10) adjacent the front end of the slide. The adjustable detent mechanism (16) defines an envelope in which an adjustable arm (24) is rotatably positioned to bear against the envelope at selected positions to adjust the shape of the envelope and thereby provide a variable detent or hold in force depending upon the position selected by the user. The force necessary to open the drawer is determined by the amount of detent or hold in force selected.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble glissière comportant un mécanisme de détente (16) réglable permettant d'assurer un blocage de force réglable et d'empêcher l'ouverture involontaire du tiroir. L'ensemble glissière comprend un élément coulissant externe (14), un élément coulissant intermédiaire (12) et un élément coulissant interne (10). Chacun de ces éléments s'accouplent par coulissement avec l'élément coulissant adjacent. Un mécanisme de détente (16) réglable est monté sur l'élément coulissant interne (10) à proximité de l'extrémité avant de l'élément coulissant. Le mécanisme de détente (16) réglable forme une enveloppe dans laquelle un bras (24) réglable est placé rotatif pour s'appuyer contre l'enveloppe à des endroits sélectionnés, pour régler la forme de l'enveloppe et fournir ainsi une détente ou un maintien de force variable en fonction de la position sélectionnée par l'utilisateur.
