A size-adjustable hat comprises a front panel attached at a center portion to the body of the hat to form two laterally extending straps. The straps are removably attached to the sides of the hat. The straps can be attached closer to the front of the hat or closer to the rear of the hat to adjust the inner circumference of the hat to thereby accommodate heads of different sizes.
