ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An adjustable leg exercising device is disclosed which, in one embodiment, includes a standard having a plurality of outwardly extending support ledges designed to support an inclined bar having another end pivotably mounted on a base. The end of the bar next to the standard may be supported on any one of the ledges to change the angle of inclination of the bar. In a second embodiment, a plurality of these devices are located in a circular pattern to allow sequential exercises to be performed. In a further embodiment, the bars may be replaced with stretchable elastic cords.
