ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A lever adjustable in height is designed to help a person lift a post that is pivotally connected to a substantially horizontal surface. The lever is securable to the post and has an articulation pole secured by its lower end to the post. The upper end of the pole is displaceble tangentially with respect to the post upon applying a pulling force, thus facilitating lifting of the post.
