An orifice assembly for use in a gaseous fuel combustion device includes a housing having a gas flow through passage and an outlet orifice providing gaseous fuel into a burner. The outlet orifice is sized to meter the rate of gaseous fuel flow into the burner. An adjustment member is movably fixed to the housing to change the gaseous fuel flow rate through the outlet orifice for a second type of gaseous fuel.
