In a full suspension bicycle it is known to have a pivot point of the rear suspension system. The location of this pivot point will affect the handling characteristics of the bicycle. In this invention the pivot point has been attached to an eccentric axle in a slotted bottom bracket to allow for adjusting the location of the pivot point. Adjusting the location of the pivot point will allow for fine tuning of the handling characteristics of the bicycle to suit different riding styles and terrains. The adjustable pivot point will be calibrated to provide for precise alignment and ease of adjustment.
