The invention provides a surgery tool (1; 2; 6; 9) comprising a finger arrangement adapted to displace tissue and provided with at least one finger (18) movable with respect to at least one other finger (19). The surgery tool (1) comprises two pivoting arms (16; 17) each comprising at least one finger provided at a free end portion thereof, said pivoting arms being movable between two positions; a first "closed configuration" in which said fingers are substantially close to each other; a second "deployed configuration" in which said fingers are substantially distant one from the other. The surgery tool (1) further comprises a translating actuation member (12), movable along a translation axis and co-operating with at least one of said pivoting arms, whereby when said actuation member is actuated, said pivoting arms are pivotingly displaced. Such a surgery tool (1; 2; 6; 9), advantageously adapted for valve surgery, is intended to facilitate access and exposure to the diseased heart valve requiring a surgical intervention while aiming to provide adaptability to suit the specific patient's anatomy or the unique mature of a surgical incision.
L'invention porte sur un instrument chirurgical (1 ;2 ;6 ;9) comprenant un agencement de pinces adapté pour déplacer les tissus et pourvu d'au moins une pince (18) se déplaçant par rapport à au moins une autre pince (19). L'instrument (1) chirurgical comprend deux bras (16 ; 17) pivotants, chacun comportant au moins une pince pourvue d'une extrémité libre, les bras pivotants pouvant se déplacer entre deux positions : une première <= configuration fermée >= dans laquelle les pinces sont rapprochées ; une seconde <=configuration déployée>= dans laquelle les pinces sont écartées l'unede l'autre. L'instrument (1) chirurgical comprend également un élément (12) d'actionnement à translation se déplaçant le long d'un axe de translation et coopérant avec au moins un des bras pivotants, les bras se déplaçant par pivotement lorsque l'élément est actionné. Cet outil chirurgical (1, 2, 6, 9) adapté de manière avantageuse à la chirurgie des valvules est prévu pour faciliter l'accès et l'exposition à la valvule cardiaque malade, nécessitant une intervention chirurgicale, et s'adapte à l'anatomie spécifique du patient ou à la nature unique d'une incision chirurgicale.
