This invention is a body building or therapy, adjustable weight exercise device (10) for use in strengthening hands, arms, chest and neck of a person using the same, wherein the device (10) is either a barbell or dumbbell including a central bar section (12) to be gripped by a hand or hands with equal poundage weights (30) at each end of the bar (12), weight holding/locking means (44) to affix the weights (30) to the central bar (12), and auxiliary disk weights (64) capable of being removably mounted on the holding/locking means (44) to alter the total weight of the device (10).

L'invention concerne un dispositif réglable pour poids et haltères (10) destiné au culturisme ou à la physiothérapie, qui permet de muscler les mains, les bras, la poitrine et le cou de l'utilisateur.
