The invention relates to an adjusting device for blades (3) of a rotor, which rotor includes a transmission (15) for adjusting the blades (3), which transmission is actuatable by a co-rotating, axially-displaceable actuating shaft (17), the adjusting device including a roller bearing (21) having one side that is to be attached to the actuating shaft (17) and another side connected with an actuating body (25) that is supported in a support body (27) so as to be axially displaceable and rotationally-fixed, in which adjusting device the actuating body (25) is supported in the support body (27) so as to be axially-displaceable by a screw drive.
