A B S T R A C T A sealed double glazed window comprises two spaced panes of glass sealed in a frame and a slat blind positioned in the space between the panes having control means for adjusting the slats. The inner pane of glass has a hole therethrough for providing access to the control means of the slat blind. An adjusting device is mounted about the hole so that the slats of the blind may be adjusted while maintaining the window seal. The adjusting device has a flexible diaphragm sealed about the hole and has adjusting means passing the hole from the diaphragm to the control means thereby maintaining the hermetic seal of the window unit.
