The invention relates to an adjusting roll for the rapid adjustment of rolls in rolling frames, among others vertical upset forging frames, comprising at least one respective piston, which acts on both sides of a working roll to adjust the latter, by means of assembled parts of at least one working roll or an interposed support roll. The inventive adjusting roll has been improved by the provision of a piston (KO), which is equipped with two piston rods (ST1, ST2) that point in opposite directions and the piston or pistons (KO) are inserted into a respective cavity in the roll base (ZB) or roll cover (ZD), said base and cover comprising coaxial bores for conducting the piston rods (ST1, ST2).
L'invention concerne un cylindre de réglage permettant de régler rapidement des cylindres dans des cages de laminoir, notamment dans des cages de refoulement verticales. Ce cylindre de réglage comprend au moins un piston respectif qui agit des deux côtés d'un cylindre de travail à des fins de réglage par l'intermédiaire de pièces incorporées d'au moins un cylindre de travail ou d'un cylindre d'appui intermédiaire. Le cylindre de réglage selon l'invention est amélioré de telle sorte qu'il présente un piston (KO) équipé de deux tiges de piston (ST1, ST2) dirigées dans des directions opposées et ledit piston (KO) est inséré dans un évidement respectif ménagé dans le fond du cylindre de réglage (ZB) ou dans le couvercle du cylindre de réglage (ZD), ce fond et ce couvercle comportant des logements coaxiaux pour le passage des tiges de piston (ST1, ST2).
