1,2,3,3a,8,8a-Hexahydro-Indeno[1,2-c]Pyrroles Abstract of the Disclosure Disclosed herein are 1,2,3,3a,8,8a-hexahydro- indeno[1,2-c]pyrroles represented by the formula Image wherein R1 is hydrogen, loweralkyl, arylalkyl, loweracyl or benzoalkylenedioxy; R2 and R3 may be the same or different and are loweralkoxy, halo, thiomethyl, loweracyl, NR2R3, NHSO2R2 or arylalkoxy or R2 and R3 taken together may form a methylenedioxy or ethylenedioxy bridge. The compounds of the present invention can be used for treating hypertension.
