The present invention relates to an advanced method and apparatus for operating household waste, recycling, and organic waste wheeled containers or bins with hinged lids. According to the present invention more then one of the containers described are used in a hands free manor when items are being sorted and deposited. When not in use the containers are sheltered from the environment and potential infectious savaging animals.
